Missing Items
If your letter does not arrive for any reason, please contact us and we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Monthly Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel or pause your monthly subscription at any time by logging into your Stripe account. Simply navigate to the subscription section and follow the instructions to cancel or pause. If you did not create an account when signing up, please send us an email and we will do it for you. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.
6-Month or 12-Month Subscription Renewal Cancellation
You can cancel the renewal of a block subscription at anytime through your Stripe account. However, we are unable to offer full or partial refunds for payments already made: you will continue to receive your monthly letters until the end of your subscription block.
Refunds
As we are a subscription-based service, we do not offer refunds for any payments already made. However, you can cancel your subscription to prevent future billing. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for any subsequent subscription periods.
